Middle Valley Community Center

Dating back centuries, the gong has been used to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. The healing vibrations of the gong which travel through the body's fluids and bones are known to induce a rich, spontaneous and transformative meditative state.

Two gongs will be played by Lauren Vasquez and Wanda Knapik. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket for extra warmth. Event flier in PDF

Sunday June 4th will be our next Ecstatic Dance Live! We are really looking forward to sharing this event with the community and will continue to do this the first Sunday of every month. Just a few things to keep in mind; Please arrive on time, wear loose fitting clothing and bring plenty of water to drink. Although these events are typically done with a DJ, our dances will be accompanied by live music in the style of World-Beat. Event flier
