Dating back centuries, the gong has been used to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. The healing vibrations of the gong will resonate through your body during this session, and you will relax. For some, the gong cultivates a deep meditative state and itís possible to experience a journey inward, outward, and a profound expansion of mind state. Lauren Vasquez will be playing her 30” Paiste Symphonic gong at this session.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for warmth.

Sunday, August 6th will be our next Ecstatic Dance Live! We are really looking forward to sharing this event with the community and will continue to do this the first Sunday of every month. Just a few things to keep in mind; Please arrive on time, wear loose fitting clothing and bring plenty of water to drink. Although these events are typically done with a DJ, our dances will be accompanied by live music in the style of World-Beat. Event flier
