Middle Valley Community Center

Meditative Gong Journey

Friday, February 3, 2017
7-8 pm

Dating back centuries, the gong has been used to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. The sound vibrations of the gong induce a deep sense of peace and meditation that will help with fatigue, anxiety, and stress relief. Two gongs: Paiste and Feng Wind, will be played by Lauren Vasquez and Wanda Knapik, along with guided meditation at the beginning. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket for extra warmth.

This is a privately sponsored event at the community center. There is a $15 admission fee.
