Experience a deep state of relaxation,
meditation and healing

Dating back centuries, the gong has been used to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. The healing vibrations of the gong will resonate through your body during this session, and you will relax. For some, the gong cultivates a deep meditative state and its possible to experience a journey inward, outward, and a profound expansion of mind state. Lauren Vasquez will play a 30” Paiste Symphonic gong at this session.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for warmth.
