Robert Arno, a Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer, is offering a six-week Balance and Movement for Seniors class on Mondays and Thursdays from 2:00 -2:30p at the Middle Valley Community Center starting December 2, 2024. The drop-in fee per class is $30
